If you can get an appointment with this Dr. Carpenter it will be a positive experience. Unfortunately, it often takes several weeks or longer to schedule an appointment with Dr. Carpenter. Not her fault, but the practice has problems scheduling patients with their preferred practitioner.

Extremely rude office nurse named Amy! Shows no respect or symphany. Do not recommend this office. Lack of consideration and compassion for people. Thinks they are wonderful and doing you some kind of favor as excepting you as a new patient!

Doctor Carpenter has been my doctor for approximately I'm guessing 20 years and has shown nothing but compassion, understanding, good judgement, been open and honest with me and gone far far above what is expected of any doctor. You can't ask for nicer staff, and the list goes on. One tremendous lady and professional woman.

Dr. Caprenter has exhibit poor judgement and has a horrible bedside manner. She has openly shown panic to a patient over her dire situation and then verbalized it as well. She told her this was a life or death situation. Instead of admitting the patient, she sent her home and made various specialist appoinments over a 2 week period. She is rude and disrespectful to family members. This patient is fighting for her life as a result. I recommend you find a different doctor.
