Dr. Cecelia Tailin Yu, MD

I had her in 2008 and fired her Infront of the entire waiting room for throwing me out of the room I was in 5 minutes after telling me I probably have cancer. But also, after doing to biopsy! Literally taking a chunk of my cervix out. She asked me why I was crying, it doesn't hurt. Like she was living in my body. I loath this women! After I had a hysterectomy, she had the audacity to come to my room to "check on me". Another diabolical experience. I was suffering from the gas they pumped into me and I was having a hard time breathing. She stood there and watched me, emotionless. Then raised my bed and said, you just need to sit up. She the worst doctor I've even experienced

Dr. Yu is a caring and thorough physician who listens, advises, and more than welcomes all questions and concerns. My c-section with her was an amazingly easy and comfortable experience. I healed extremely quickly with a very small incision mark. She is truly talented, dedicated, and genuinely kind. Highly, highly recommend! So thankful for what Dr. Yu does!

Dr. Yu was the OB on call during my daughters delivery and I was nervous at first because I didn’t know her and her reviews online weren’t the greatest. I can tell you ignore any of her negative reviews. She was fantastic she explained everything to me, was friendly and what I liked best about her was she was straight forward and matter of fact about the care she was providing. My delivery went great and a lot of that was thanks to her and her guidance during my labor.

Had a procedure done in her office. Was not a good experience. Made me bleed a lot, caused pain and was very uncomfortable. Didn’t care about the out come. Very uncaring. Will be getting different doctor. Patient beware.

She performed a hysterectomy on me, told me I had ovarian cancer and convinced me to removed both ovaries , I should have gone for a second opinion, but I was scared. I didn't have cancer just a cyst, and by removing both ovaries I went into menopause, for which she prescribed ORT, that due to a previous condition ruined my liver. I am disabled all thanks to Doctor Cecilia YU, that told me all the benefits of the hysterectomy, none of the side effect and that never performed a biopsy prior surgery to see what actually was wrong with my ovary.

Forced into an induction. Ended up in a c-section. Wait time every single time was well over an hour.

I always thought she was great...until I had real pain one day and called to ask for her to call something in. I have never asked for pain medication and she refused without an appointment!! How was my coming into the office, bent over double with cramps, going to affect her calling in some pain med? I explained I had an appointment coming up in less than a month, I had been a patient for 2 years and had NEVER asked for anything, I still had some percocet left over from a surgery she had given me over a year earlier, so obviously I'm not an abuser!! Plus she said if there had been any change in my cycle, such as pain, to just give her a call. Well that worked well. The receptionist basically said take ibuprofen. Now duh, why didn't I think of that? Did she really need the 5 or 10 dollar co-pay that badly? Seriously, I can't stay with a doctor who doesn't validate me so will be doctor shopping.
