Dr. Cecilia Marie David Capes, MD

Dr.Capes is always hard to get. Whenever I call either is on vacation or no in office and every time I will be offered the nurse practitioner as an alternative who typically do not have much clue on the symptoms. For our newborn, my wife had to call the office thrice, did not get a response, she has to drive all the way to find out Dr.Capes is not available for several weeks. Last time I had my blood work done for my symptoms, the hospital did not care to give me a call with results. When I followed up they called me back and told that I have Hep A and Dengue and in the same call they told me perhaps I do not have and it may be from my previous infections and in the same all then they said scratch that they will leave a note to Dr.Capes and she will call me back and I may have to come back to get my tests done. When I asked what about my other test results, they mentioned they do not have it and most likely they should be negative. As usual, they never cared to call me back… with the right results. This is unacceptable.
