Dr. Cecilia Dinglasan Carag, MD

She is the absolute worse physician I have ever dealt with. She talks down to you and argues. She has terrible bedside manners. She should not be practicing with Veterans.

She was my VA doctor for several years, during which time she failed at several diagnoses She doesn't listen, and is prone to interrupt you, and cut you off before she pronounces her incorrect diagnosis. If you want reasonably adequate medical care, see someone else.

Dr Carag is an excellent physician. She is very thorough. I am very confident that I receive the best medical care.

Dr Carag is the best physician I ever had, very knowledgable with excellent bedside manners. She is very caring and at the same time very professional.

Missed diagnosis completely. Insisting I had allergies. Wasted 3 years and actually had cancer. Wished I had been able to catch it 3 yrs. ago.
