Dr. Cecilia Mi-Young Choi, MD

Dr. Cecilia Choi is a medical oncologist and internal medicine physician with 22 years of experience caring for patients with cancer and complex medical conditions. She earned her medical degree from American University of Integrative Sciences St. Maarten School of Medicine and brings over two decades of expertise to her practice. Dr. Choi provides care in English for patients throughout her community.

Dr. Choi practices at Hilo Medical Center and Verde Valley Medical Center, serving patients in Makawao, Hawaii. She specializes in treating breast cancer, including advanced cases that have spread or returned after initial treatment. Her expertise extends to managing Paget disease of the breast, a rare form of breast cancer.
