Dr. Mugo is fantastic! Knows me and my family. Cares. Doesn’t waste my time and listens when I have a concern. Respects my time and my preferences. Is up to date on newest treatments.

Doesn't refill medications properly didn't update her information with the new law regarding Scripts doesn't refer you to a specialist when there's a major health concern and is argumentative and rude if you ask questions. Very sad that she took over Dr Kakashiba's practice when she passed away and was an absolutely amazing doctor

The theme I see in the other reviews is she is rude, arrogant, and lacks compassion. I wish I would have read them before seeing her. She lived up to that reputation in my very first meeting. So, no I will not go back. If I could leave a negative star review I would. This was more then our first meeting got off to a bad start. I'll take my primary care to someone who doesn't talk down to me, or act like their time is being wasted. Compassion and warmth go a long way.

Doctor is short and curt. Does not like to be questioned. Her bedside manner is non-existant and there is a lack of compassion.

This Dr. Often forgets to follow up. Arrogant

I have been to quite a few Drs. trying to find a new family Dr. for over a year. I thought I found a good one, but I can't get an appointment for 3 to 4 weeks out. That doesn't do much good when you are sick NOW. My girlfriend, Ruby, told me to quit playing around trying to find a Dr. and go to her family Dr. I called Dr. Mugo's office, was able to get in right away and boom, boom, boom, things started happening immediately. Her office made me an appointment with a gastroenterologist the very next day. The SHORTEST wait time I have experienced to see a gastroenterologist is a little over 6 months, most are over 8 months. I can't tell you how much I appreciate being able to get into see a new Dr. and actually get results right away. She actually listened to me and did not try to give me any drugs, like most every other Dr. I have seen does. She waited to find out what was going on first. Since my first visit, I have called several times and am able to get in to see her… immediately every time. Not only does she have a fantastic personality and fun to be around, except when she gets mad about my smoking, and even then, she does it in a way that makes you listen and is un-offensive, she is very smart. You can see the wheels turning in her mind & makes sure you get the tests or see a specialist right away, not weeks or months later. If you are looking for a new Dr., she is the one you want to see. I am sure you will be as impressed with her skills as I am.
