Do not walk, RUN from this place! I have never seen more fraud, waste, and abuse in the healthcare system than what occurs here. I actually work for the health plan. It is our organization's goal that the providers in our network are being compensated for the high quality services and care that they provide to our members to improve their health outcomes. This is NOT the case in this office! It is clear that they are only here for profit. I took my daughter to be seen by Dr. Garcia when she was just a few weeks old to evaluate her ear and see if she was a candidate for ear molds. Dr. Garcia spent less 10 minutes in the room with us, quickly took a look at her and let us know she was not an ideal candidate and she did not recommend the molds for her. I paid my co-pay for the visit and left. I thought I would receive a bill in the mail for the consultation visit which is usually less than $200 for any other specialist. Certainly not the case here. They decided to code her visit as a… Level 3, and proceeded to bill the maximum allowable by the insurance which means they sent a nearly $800 visit fee to my insurance who only paid half and expected me to pay the other half. I have never seen a specialist bill so ridiculously high for a simple consultation that was literally less than 10 minutes and no services other than a simple evaluation was performed! I was so appalled I tried to call the office on numerous occasions about the bill and no one was willing to help me, simply using the excuse that they had no control over the billing. Finally one day I managed to get in contact with the office manager who assured me he would look into the matter, speak with the provider and follow up with me. All lies of course because he never contacted me again. And I was never able to get any other assistance from anyone else in that office no matter how much I contacted them. They finally sent me a notice in the mail that they would be sending my bill to collections if I didn't pay. I cannot believe how this practice even would classify themselves as ethical if this is how they care for their patients. I'm glad my daughter didn't end up needing any of their services because I can't imagine the arm and leg that would've cost me to treat her. I hope no one else has to go through the same experience with this provider or practice and if your children need a specialist I highly urge you look elsewhere.

Dr. Garcia de Mitchell was very friendly and attentive during our visit. She was thorough in her explanations and did not rush through any part of the appointment. It was clear that she wanted the best for our child. I would highly recommend Dr. Garcia de Mitchell.
