Dr. Thomas is caring physician who takes the time to know her patients. I've been under her care for 13 years. She take the time to answer my questions and explains the rationale for her treatment plans. I also like that her treatment plans start out conservative; she evaluates the results and either increases or decreases treatment as warranted. I never feel over medicated.

Dr. Thomas was extremely rude and an insufferable know it all. Rude, rude, rude. Find another doctor!

Rheumatology is a difficult field to be in. There are so many symptoms that mimick several different diseases & Dr. Thomas is good at keeping up with them all. I feel Dr. Thomas is always very thorough with blood tests and physical exams to note any changes between visits. She is very compassionate, smart, and a good listener. She is in a practice by herself which is a nice change from all these huge corporate run doctor offices that are happening these days. And her right hand, Joyce, is helpful, Fantastic & super sweet! I highly recommend Dr. Thomas & her Staff.

I've been a patient for some 10+ years and she knows ME physically and mentally which an involved Dr should.....She was recommended to me by a MD Anderson Dr and she stepped right in and took over!! She treats and understands my Fibromyalgia and injects my hips!! She's more than happy to listen to ANYTHING that may be going on with me which may involve any other ailments, my life struggles or family issues!! She's a Special Person, a WONDERFUL Dr and if need be a FRIEND!!

The most unprofessional drs visit I hv EVER had!!! First of all, it took 2 mons to get in. I wanted a 2nd opinion for my RA. The staff MA (?) couldn't stop yawning. Dr. Thomas looked at me & said I DID NOT hv RA & told me not to take the medication I was taking. She used 4 letter words in front of my 6 yr old grandson, talked about her divorce & herself, ordered blood work & flirted w/her phlebotomist calling him her dough boy & asked me if I wanted to poked his stomach as she was! The MA(?) didn't even know how to give a receipt. The ONLY reason I went back for a second visit was to get the blood work results. The MA(?) called & rescheduled my appt. YAWNING on the phone! At my next visit Dr. Thomas walked in & said "U hv RA! U don't look like u hv RA!" She put me on the same meds she had taken me off which by this time I had not taken in a month. She began talking about HER knee problems using her colorful language. I could not get away from there fast enough. I wouldn't take… my cat to her........& she has arthritis too!

She is a great doctor. She is not afraid of challeges and cares about her patient and is invested in them.

Dr Thomas is a TRULY CARING person/Dr...She listens when I need to talk, injects hips gingerly, eases your pain w/o fear, knows ARTHRITIS and is a expert in FIBROMYALGIA with it's daily challenges!! I've been her patient for almost 10 years and have NO IDEA WHAT DOCTOR the last "2" patients are talking about!! I've seen more than enough Dr's being a patient at MD Anderson for 18 yrs sooo she rates #1 on MY DR LIST!! Hersmiling, laughing and re-assuring STAFF is a BIG PLUS, too..........THANKS TO ALL!!!

In all the years of going to doctors, I have never met one who was more UNPROFESSIONAL.I was never examined and had to sit and listen to her tail of going through med school having ADD and the tale of her divorce.To add insult to injury, when trying to get Long Term Care Insurance, she sent them a report which had inaccurate info... in fact just the opposite of what we discussed. I was turned down for LTC insurance, which was a result of the inaccuracies of the report.SEE THIS DOCTOR AT YOUR OWN RISK. I AM STILL IN SHOCK OVER MY VISIT TO HER OFFICE!!!
