She was very intelligent and clearly knew her stuff. A common complaint we have about specialists is that they don't connect dots. She didn't probe for more history. Instead we had to think about connecting the dots of medical history. She was very clinical, competent, and answered our questions. Her recommendations seemed sound and data supported. We wish she were looking to be more personal so we could trust her more considering what we've been through. But no time to do more that diagnose and offer a repair time.
