Horrible customer service. I felt like my child was a number. They push you out the door so fast won’t even answer your questions. Acted like they were too busy.

Dr. Miller is a pleasure. Very attentive and caring. My son adores her, it makes seeing the doctor an easy experience. She is very thorough and is able to answer all our questions. Highly recommend her.

Dr. Celina Miller listens to parents. She is warm and personable and incredibly knowledgeable. Our children feel so at ease with her and feel like she truly hears them,too. We leave her office in McHenry always feeling like we are on the road to recovery. She calls us personally within 24 hours after researching something for one of our children. She cares sincerely about each need and makes sure each need is addressed. We feel so safe with our children under her care. She is thorough and up to date on issues. She is aware of insurance coverage concerns. She is such a blessing. Truly the best pediatrician we have ever met in our 18 years of parenting.
