Dr. Cesar A Caceres

I went to see Dr. Caceres due to a poor crown work done by another dentist in Ocala. After that work, my bite was not right and my night guard no longer fit. Chewing was becoming difficult and painful. Dr. Caceres not only corrected my bite, but also adjusted/fixed my mouth guard. In the process, they took a large number of x-rays and color pics of my teeth and then Dr. Caceres reviewed each and every teeth, its condition, potential issues to come and a plan to address each one. In my life no dentist ever spent the time Dr. Caceres spent with me. I am so pleased with his caring and professionalism that my wife and son will change to Dr. Caceres' care.

Everyone @ Amazing Smiles makes going to the dentist an amazing experience. Dr. Caceres is a good caring professional, He is a kind and talented dentist, He never makes me feel uncomfortable or nervous. He takes time during every appointment and does everything to ensure you experience the best dental visit. The whole team is kind, helpful understanding. Jackie has one of those attitude that is always positive. Desiree & Brittany, the front office staff, are so welcoming from the minute you walk in, they all are friendly and provide good care to patients. Words can not describe how thankful I am for everyone there. I am so happy to have found this Dental Office.

I'm a dental phobe. My last dentist was HORRIBLE and messed up my mouth. Dr. Caceres and his staff are so kind, caring, and compassionate. They're up to date on the latest advances and Dr. C goes out of his way to make sure that he's doing the right thing for you. I had surgery and he goes above and beyond in the aftercare as well. I think I have finally found my dentist in Florida!

I visited the same dentist for over 20 years, one day, during one of my visits I was told I needed a crown priced after insurance around $600. A good friend of mine recommended me, Dr. Caceres, to get a second opinion. I did not need a crown, after all, just a filling. Dr, Caceres saved my tooth and money. That was over 2 years ago. He has been my dentist since then. His practice is immaculate, very kind and understanding staff. He has excellent bed manners and soft hands. Dr. Caceres has over 20 years of experience and offers state of the art dental technology. I would like highly to recommend Dr. Caceres for any dental work.

Went to see Dr Caceres at Amazing Smiles on 10/20/17. I have a broken tooth. Suggested a bridge with 2 crowns. I have Humana insurance - they ran up the quote and it came to approx. $1800. Due to financial constraints - they said they would work with me so that I could get my tooth fixed. They said they would let me pay 1/2 on the day of the procedure and the remainder when my final bridge was done. When I was on my way home I was reviewing the estimate and notice they overcharged one of the proceedures by $735.00. I called them immediately and explained that my policy called for that line item to be $280 not $1015.00. They said they would have to get a preauthorization for that. I said great call me when you get word. They did not call me back so I called them this am. When I did they said that I was correct it should be $280. So when I asked what I would need to pay at the procedure. I was then told full price. They were no longer honoring the written statement that I could pay… 1/2 (even though it said I have 30 days to decide) upfront and 4 months to pay off. When I asked why - they told me it was because they were not going to get higher amount. (which was incorrect billing) and when I said no where on the estimation did it say it was based on the incorrect billing - they said it did not matter. They said they did not have a copy of the estimate - which both she and I signed - and that even if I faxed it they would require payment in full. I asked to speak with the owner who is Dr Caceres and was told "NO". I asked why and was told that he does not handle the billing and that he would not talk to me about the billing. This business has showed they have deceptive business practices and possibly fraudulent billing. Needless to say, I cancelled my appointment with them and reported them to Humana (since it is this DR that my insurance referred for my insurance plan). I would report them to the BBB but they are not members. I will be reporting them to the ADA also. Patient beware.

I recommend Dr. Caceres because he is dedicated and professional, he did a good job in my mouth, he gave me a good smile. I love it.
