Dr. Cesar Peter Duclair, MD

Dr. Duclair listens to me & answers any question in understandable layman's terms. I trust his decisions & reccomendations. He has helped me a great deal & I would not switch to another Doctor for any reason. I have a family member seeing him now. Can't thank him enough for improving my quality of life. Highly appreciated & reccomended.

If I could give zero stars I would!! This guy is a complete joke, and embarrassment to the medical profession. Kept my mother who is 73 on opioids for 2+ years, tried several procedures that didn't work. Wanted my 73 year old mother, whom is already on Xarelto for the rest of her life because is prone to, and has already had too many blood clots to count, to go through 2 surgeries to insert another device with no evidence that it would even work. When my mother decided not to do the procedures, he dropped her as a patient!! Leaving her with no pain management options, cutting her off the opioids HE'S BEEN GIVING HER FOR 2+ YEARS, WITH NO HELP IN GETTING OF THEM!! A 73 YEAR OLD WOMAN!! He knows full well the withdrawals she will no doubt face, and because she decides not to do a procedure (to line his pockets) because nothing else he ever did worked, he drops her...really?? What a guy!! To do that to a 73 yrs old woman...unprofessional, unethical...a doctor takes an oath to do no… harm...what does he think is going to happen to my mother?? He's been reported to the Medical Board!! Stay away from this so called doctor...he's out for the money, not your wellbeing. He'll get you hooked on opioids then if you don't do what he says, he'll drop you!! He forgets, his patients don't work for him or to line his pockets...he works for the patients!!

All he wanted to do was a spinal cord implant on me. Saw another doc, 3 injections and I'm fine without pain for a year.

Doesn't listen to patients concerns. Nor does he give you the care you need. Very rude. Very short tempered. Rights down lies in his reports.

Have life long issues after his procedure. I will limp forever!

He put on his report that he did a bilateral of the upper extremities yet he never came near my upper arm or shoulder where I have been having pain. I had to go to a Neuroligst who find out I had a lot of problems in my upper extermities where this Dr said I had none. I even had to agrue with my insurance adjuster because the test was not done as request by my Physician.

Mediocre doctor that prefers to listen to himself speak. His time is more valuable than his patients.

Have seen Dr Duclair for over a year and should have ended after the 1st appointment. The office is mismanaged and can't schedule appointments correctly & don't try to call for help. Doctor does nothing but talk down to you and is difficult to understand. He uses example after example to support what he wants to accomplish and won't stop talking. He seems motivated by expensive procedures and I wouldn't trust him with my cat.

Went to this doctor for pain in my arm, wrist and hand due to repetitive tedius work. The doctor had no clue what the problem was. He sent me for a MRI on my neck and found I had damage on my C5 and C6 "Nerve Roots" that cause the type of pain I am having. Dr. Duclair said the damage was too minimal to create the pain I was having. I googled this and got more information than this doctor knows. This doctor has no clue about anything. He is very cocky and rude! I would never suggest anyone to go to this doctor for anything.

Appointment took a long time due to the Dr requiring best imaging options prior to visit. Perhaps frustrating but due to his diligence, the outcome of resolving back pain with an "epideral" was fantastic. The best possible outcome is due to Dr Duclair.
