Terrible physician. Made incorrect assumptions based on someone else's notes and failed to provide care.

Dr. Fors has been my rheumatologist for about ~3 years now. As someone who has had lupus for over a decade, he is one of the best doctors I've ever had. He's just made to be a doctor - extremely smart, good bedside manner, committed and passionate. Responsive. Fast turn-around times when communicating with him and his administrators. His front-desk associate Roger is super helpful on all fronts. With lupus, you have so many specialty medications and have to constantly deal with insurnace, and Dr. Fors' pratice makes it less stressful because they work with you to solve the problems that insurance causes. Truly could not recommend this doctor enough if you are lucky enough to get an appointment..

I’ve been dealing with a difficult to diagnosis neurological issue, coupled with joint/muscle/skin irritation/Nerve pain. Dr. Nieves listens to all of my symptoms and wants to find a cause whether it’s singular for all my symptoms or not. He is a dedicated doctor and I leave his office feeling much more optimistic about my issues than when I enter. I wish all my doctors were as effective in explanation and investigative of the cause(s) of my symptoms.

I have suffered with rheumatoid arthritis for 38 years and have never encountered a doctor like Dr. Fors Nieves. He spends 40 minutes with me every time I visit, listens to my concerns and has gotten my arthritis totally under control to the point where I am playing tennis again. I am so grateful to him for all he has done for me. If you have suffered with this horrendous illness and you find yourself getting no relief, I implore you to contact Dr. Fors Nieves' office and make an appointment. You will not regret it.
