Great caring Doctor

Let me just start by saying this is the first time I felt so strongly about a place that I had to write a review on it. This place either needs to get shut down, or rid themselves of all those there. When attempting to schedule an appointment for my family member who was incapable of doing it themselves I was helped by one of two " ladies" at the front desk. After being rushed on the phone and given an attitude I was given a time to come in. I arrived to minutes early with my loved one and to our surprise the office was closed! We and a group of other patients waited for about 15-20 minutes after our " scheduled time". I had tried calling various times but no one answered. When we finally got to go in, after signing in, I questioned where or not we had checked in on the right sheet for our appointment. To my surprise I was bombarded by these two individuals who acted and spoke to me in the most unprofessional manner possible. Calling them ladies would be an overstatement. I reminded… them I had previously called and set up an appointment for my loved one so they wouldn't have to wait in the office in as much pain as they were in. They swore up and down that it was impossible for me to have set up an appointment to be seen because such a thing didn't exist on a same day basis. I said to them that if they'd had said that over the phone I'd have taken my loved one to urgent care and not made them wait in a waiting room with the pain they were in. Now side note, I HAD to take my loved one to his personal doctor for a referral to see a specialist after an accident my loved one had been involved in. With that said these ladies at the front desk were quick with their attitudes to say " do what u want either way ur gonna have to come back to get the referral from here" . They acknowledged that they remembered speaking with me over the phone a giggled in my face when acknowledging who it was that I was calling in behalf of, as though they were mocking my interest in the care of my loved one. I ended the interaction with them by reminding them that the next time that they "scheduled" someone to be seen, to let them know wether it would be an actual appointment or a walk in where you would have to wait until you could be seen. So we waited, and surprisingly,( actually not, given the minor verbal scuffle that occurred) we were the first of the group to be seen. And then we say the doctor, which mind you I was ready to let him know about his staff. But then I saw where they got their confidence to act so unprofessionally from. He's a complete jerk who is completely disrespectful and has noooo knowledge of what is going on around him. He is rude and even curses. :0 He attempted to make me and my loved one feel dumb for asking questions or even for knowing something ( like and insurance issue) that he might not be aware of. ) After going back and fourth with him over what we wanted done and why he simply answered us by telling us to just deal with our issue with the "ladies" at the front desk (gee what help). He then proceeded to leave the room and not say a single thing. My loved one then proceeded out the door saying this is his way of ending a consultation. I could not wrap my head around that. What kind of doctor does that? I then had to deal with the divas at the front desk and figure something out. I was at no point rude to them but stood my ground in demanding to be treated respectfully and humanly. After all we were at a doctors office. They got their act together and finished up with us more reasonably than when we walked in ( I'm sure they just wanted us out of there) . Before leaving I mentioned I would be calling to check the status of then approval, and they nodded as though it was a direct threat to them as people...? Overall this place is horrible, it was a horrible experience that no one should have to endure. Their staff is unprofessional and undertrained. Their office is unhygienically and poorly maintained.

It took me 3 weeks to get through and even get an appointment at a set time then once I got there I waited 2.5 hours with the staff telling me that I was next it would only be 5-10 min. then he was supposed to call me with a recommendation for a OB and it's been 2 weeks of ME calling his office and still no recommendation!

Extremelyy unprofessional and rude. Also refused to speak English!!
