Dr. Cesar Augusto Velez, MD

Although Dr. Velez and his staff were friendly, I was appalled by his office's highly unethical practice of refusing to provide test results without a follow-up appointment. Dr. Velez and his office managers refused to relay the results of several expensive tests to me unless I agreed to come in for another visit for the express purpose of learning my results, which could have been shared over the phone and would have been associated with an additional copay/charges to my insurance. Despite repeated calls and the fact that I have paid for the testing, the results of these tests have not been provided to me. So frustrating and stressful, especially during a period of poor health.

Everyone is so nice and helpful, Dr Fernandez is very cool and Down to earth, but also educated and professional. Patricia at the front desk is always kind and helpful, Gilda is sweet and professional. Dr Chan, informative. Cool place over all.

Be prepared to wait between 45 to 90 minutes in the waiting room every time. The place is a dump. The front desk attendant doesn't ever know what is going on. Any paperwork you may need for your job or insurance is always an extreme hassle to get. Doctor Fernandez is a heartless and judgmental p-o-s. If you must visit this office, make sure you go on Wednesdays when Doctor Chan is in. SEE ONLY Dr CHAN. She is the best. Everything else in this office sucks.

He is been taking care of my family for more than 15 years first my daughter and me, and now my parents. he was by mi side in a very delicate health time in my life, god bless him.

Dr. Velez has been my doctor for the past few years. He has always been very nice and is a great doctor.

I recommend this Doctor he is really professional and his Staff works with courtesy and they are very professional and you get the appointment soon compare with other Doctors that they give you the appointment after two or three months

Dr. Velez has been my doctor since 2008 and he is the most caring doctor I have met.
