All positiveThe CSR at check-in thanked me for checking in online. I liked that. The eye tech was very personable and professional. Dr. Hoitink was friendly, wears a smile on his face, explained everything very thoroughly. I highly respect him.

I had two separate eye test procedures and a doctor visit. The efficiency and coordination of all three as they were set up by the front desk and carried out by techs/staff was commendable. I mentioned to Hoitink how impressive this was. Also, during the vision field test the administrator was kind and considerate about my physical problem that made part of the test difficult for me. Excellent morning!
