Dr. Chad Michael Kovala, DO

I would not recommend this doctor to anybody; extremely rude and condescending. He treated myself and my partner with extreme disrespect. He was rude, dismissing, and told to just go home and drink water (for a medical condition). I am extremely unhappy with this, especially in a time of medical crisis.

Extremely Condescending!

Mr. Kovala could have cared less about why I was seeking care. He left the dirty work up to the sweet nurses in the ER and brushed me off like a waste of time. I left scared, worried, and nervous about what was ahead of me without any communication from the “doctor”. Grow up.

Very rude and did not explain a thing to me! I can’t believe he has a job.

Crittenton ER is the best. Very quick and responsive to my needs.

I hope you read these reviews, “Dr.” Kovala. I don’t know how you sleep at night with the way you treat your patients. Crittenton made a huge mistake hiring you and I can only hope they realize it before you have the chance to treat more people the way you treated me.

Dr Kovola is by far the worst doctor I have ever seen. No bedside manner, cold and uncaring, and completely unwilling to help someone in pain. I would recommend seeing ANYONE but him if you can.

Wonderful and caring ER doctor.

I brought my son to the hospital, he was feeling weak for a week and he dismissed my sons symptoms until he got the lab work back and saw that he was bleeding. We waited for HOURS to get blood and he never once came into our room to tell us what was going on. Then I see him with his coat on leaving and when I went up to talk to him he was abrupt and evasive. Who gave him a license? Why does he think he can treat people like this? I'm writing a letter to the CEO.
