This practice has a big disconnect between your office staff and getting streamline care for patients. The office manager should be aware that they dropped the ball with a cardiology follow up, EP referral and now a cardiothoracic referral for my family member. I'm completely disappointed that this office has failed us 3 times. Dr Alaouie made this orders and there is NO FOLLOW THROUGH to get the patients needs met. Shame on the lack of respect and care for those with further cardiovascular needs.
