Dr. Chad Roger Laurich, MD

I was sent to Dr. Chad Laurich by my family doctor. During my appointment with Dr. Laurich, he spent a few minutes talking to me about why I had come to him, and he said he wanted me to have a ct venography. Then he spent the next few minutes explaining that he was THE SPECIALIST that everyone knows. He said they would make me an appointment at the hospital and call me to tell me the date. I waited 3 weeks and still had no appointment. I called Midlands Clinic and asked if there had been one made. The nurse said that it often took a long time to schedule a time during which everyone could get together. She would call me back. Several days sent by and i received a call with the appointment. It was on a day that would not work for me. I called the hospital and changed the date. I had the ct venography. It has been a month and still have never had a response from Dr. Laurich. Rediculous!

My Godfather whom I’m POA for, has had approximately 4-5 procedures with this Dr. I’ve yet to meet him following any of the procedures, or husvPA. I have never been told how the procedures have gone or what they’ve done. Twice we’ve came to have a procedure done, and they were canceled, without us being notified. Once because they did a ultrasound and said his fistula was ok. Today we go for a fistulagram a Mercy, told to be there by 6am, front desk didn’t show til 6:25! Then we’re told that his fistula isn’t working and that they canceled the fistulagram last Friday! Last Friday, I’m called at approximately 1pm to get up to the hospital now to open his Port( Perm Cath). So they should’ve told us that we are canceled for Tues. The poorest communication ever! ( by the dialysis center, Dr and it PA, along with hospital)!
