Dr. Chad Samuel Osborne, MD

Terrible bedside manners, no compassion , and very arrogant. I went with my mom as her advocate and thank goodness. I would not want her to be there by herself dealing with Dr. Osborne. She has anxiety about taking medications and all the tests he is ordering for her. Instead of having compassion and explaining why he is ordering the tests he gets mad and tells my mom to not argue and just do it. Then he storms out of the room.

This Doctor is a liar, rude, self centered,treats patients like dirt and does not represent the mission of OSF. He lacks basic medical knowledge, hates his job and patients as reflected in the manner he throws them out, don’t trust this evil man.

Poor patient services. First waited 20 min for nurse to come in room to see me, then seeing me in obvious pain / gout, in same knee they saw and sent me to an orthopedics specialist 5 months earlier with mixed results, I'm literally standing there balanced on good leg in front of her as she looks over my severely swollen left knee and after sending me for an x-ray, it's the typical written prescription and come see me in a week so we can bill you and your insurance over and over until the sun burns out. And after all that as a care provider didn't even ask or recomend me staying home from work to give swelling a chance to go down and and me a break from the pain. This is the point in time when you tell your self doctors are a dime a dozen, 10 cents on Sunday, and find another care provider which I did within 5 minutes of leaving that God forsaken office.

I am completely shocked on his behavior to me. I am a cancer survivor and l have lymphedema in my right arm. I developed a bad case of fibromyalgia and l also have back and neck issues as well as an acl replacement on my right knee. I have been working on a disability caim for a year now. He said he would not fill the form out for fibromyalgia to help me! I met with him ONCE and he never listened to my hear.. look in my ears.. look at my swolen arm.. NOTHING! I told him l dropped something on my foot and it was bruised badly and hurts. He NEVER EVEN OFFERED TO LOOK! I AM LIVID!! I will write as many reviews as l can to make sure others wont be in my shoes. Dont be DOCTOR if you don't have common decency to people! He will never fill the shoes of Dr. WILLIAM NEIL! NEIL WAS WONDERFUL!

I wish there was an option for 0/5 stars. My grandparents went to see Dr. Osborne & he was very unhelpful. Dr. Osborne is ageist. He treated my grandpa like a 5 year old. My grandpa has a PhD in molecular biology & rtired as a scientist from ISU. He’s still very much “all there” - not that that should factor in to how this doctor treated him. My grandpa was so worked up about this horrible encounter he had to go to the ER for high blood pressure. Take this man’s medical liscense away.

More worried about getting sued than treating problems. Thinks he is above everyone
