Dr Smalley is amazing. He makes you feel like he is really listening to you. He was patient to answer all my questions and didn’t make me feel like he was in a hurry. I will recommend him to all my family and friends because it’s hard to find a doctor that is knowledgeable and caring .

Dr. Smalley has great bed side manners. He took time to explain my options and he answered all my questions so I could understand. I did get a injection in my knee and he was very caring and easy with the shot.

Dr. Smalley examined my left shoulder and advised me the pain was probably caused by overuse since I have arthritis in my shoulder. He gave me 3 options and I chose the cortisone shot. It feels great the day after. . He operated on my right shoulder due to a rotator tear 8 months ago and it’s doing great. Great surgeon and I recommend him highly. Dr. Smalley was excellent! Very informative and explained the issue and what caused it in detail to me. Went over the procedure that was going to be done in detail. Very nice and took his time, I didn’t feel like he was rushing to get in and out at all. Great “bedside manner”.. so to speak! Will recommend him to anyone needing an orthopedic dr!!

I received review of options for a surgery. We set a timeline, according to my schedule. He contacted my Insurance and secured approval for the procedures. He had already done a similar surgery on my other shoulder--perfect! Personal interest. Amazing experience.

I have been a patient of Dr.Smalley for several years during which he performed several surgeries on my knees. Always professional and patience, taking time to fully explain the issue at hand. My only negative comment falls on the folks that schedule appointments. My appointment wait was over a hour.

My first see orthopedic for knee injury and Dr. Smalley was very professional and very nice. He took his time explaining why I’m not healing over 2 wks and answers all the question I had. So i will recommend him for services!
