Dr. Chad Daniel Watts, MD

I highly recommend Chad Watts, MD with ROC! I am 30 years old and have Charcot-Marie-Tooth (CMT) and hip dysplasia, so my case is not simple. In 2020, Dr. Watts at ROC performed my left total hip replacement, and it was a huge success. Unfortunately, in 2023 I had my right hip replaced by a different surgeon after I moved away, and the outcome was devastating. That surgery left me in extreme, constant pain with a leg length discrepancy of about an inch. My concerns were dismissed, and the result completely disrupted my life. I lost my job, had to put school on hold, and became functionally disabled. Desperate for help, I reached back out to Dr. Watts—and that decision changed everything. He performed a revision surgery on my right hip, and I am honestly shocked at how incredible the outcome has been. My leg lengths are now equal, my pain is gone, and I finally feel like myself again. For the first time in a long time, I have hope. I’ve re-enrolled in school and can start rebuilding… my career and my life. Dr. Watts is not only an exceptionally skilled surgeon, but someone who truly listens and cares. He gave me my life back after I thought I had lost it. I cannot recommend him highly enough. If you are dealing with a complex case or a failed surgery, he is the surgeon you want in your corner.

Dr. Watts replaced my hip in 11/22 so I went to him for my knees. Once again, outstanding!

Dr Watts did my knee replacement in November 2021. Everything went great no problems. Follow up appointments with him are awesome he explains everthing and he is never in a hurry to get to the next patient.

Went to ROC in Carson City NV. Have been there before. Great place. Saw Dr. Watts yesterday (9/6/2023). He is an excellent doctor. Provided excellent care and results for my knee. If I have to go back again will ask for him.

Wonderful surgeon. He replaced my hip and then my knee 2 months later. Both surgeries went exceptionally well. Dr Watts is very confident, focused and runs the whole surgery team exceptionally well. He has changed my life. I’m currently two weeks after my knee replacement surgery and I am walking with no pain for the first time in seven years. I’m overweight and could not get my surgery in California because of BMI issues. He took one look at my exrays and said it would be unethical not to help me. Now that I can move I will drop weight off fast. More than a life changer, he has saved my life and Cannot express the gratitude I have towards him and the whole surgery team.

Dr. Watts has now replaced hips and knees on multiple members of our family. He has always shown a high level of care and competence and we are more than happy with his excellent care.
