had spent 10 years living in such severe pain that I could do nothing but lay on my couch and cry. I could barely walk, let alone situp long enough to attempt to try to even eat a meal. I never left my house. I have had brain and spinal cord surgery, osteoarthritis and degenerative disc disease, seizures, etc. Nerve pain was so excruciating I just cannot put it into words. My own daughter told me “I’m not the same mom anymore’, broke my heart! No matter where I went, I was unable to get anyone to listen, let alone help me. I have been a patient with Illinois Pain and Spine since 2012. I cannot give enough praise to the staff and the doctors that have taken care of me over the years. When I came to them I was in dire straits. Believe me , when I tell you, that’s putting it lightly! The doctors here have only your best interest at heart and want to see you get as much of your life back as humanly possible, function with as little suffering as possible. That includes helping you to get… to a point where you are not living on heavy pain medications every day of your life! The one most important opportunity Dr. Chadi Yaacoub gave me was the chance to have the CornerLoc SI Joint stabilization procedure done. Best decision I ever made and I cannot thank him enough! They take the time to listen to you, to pay attention to your concerns. They go through your medical reports with you, your MRIs, various tests, procedures, medications, the physicians notes, etc. to make sure they are on top of everything at all times. I am up smiling and laughing again, cleaning my house, driving, shopping, working out in my yard and playing with my dogs for the first time in years. I may not be running a marathon, but I am moving, eating AND sleeping and I’m living my life and I cannot ask for any more than that.

No true patient care protocol in this office! May take months to get prior authorization! Sometimes never! This doctor is a complete liar! He does not care about you! He does not care about your well-being or how much pain you are in or if he is causing you pain during a treatment! I feel like pressing charges against this man for assault!
