Receptionist was very good. The waiting time was a little long, but not bad! Dr. Hatfield very professional! He asked how I was doing and then we got down to business. He listened and then he made his points on what I need to do. He gave me his explanation on what I need to do and he would see me in 3 months! I really liked McHenry, but Dr Hatfield is going to do just fine, great choice!! Good man!!

My visit was good. Had to wait for a bit. He is very busy. He has been my doctor since 2013. He is a great doctor and very personable.

I saw Dr. Hatfield years ago when I was having gastro issues and he's still just as awesome as he was then. He actually listens to your concerns and isn't rushed. He's very easy to talk to and had a sense of humor as well. He went back over my family health history because it had been about 15 years since I last seen him and he decided I needed to have a procedure done because of cancer showing up in my family history. No other doctor that I've seen in the last three years has ever taken notice of that. He's very thorough and has a great bedside manner. Also, the office staff is very pleasant and his MA, Melissa, is wonderful!

Our son had Dr Hatfield upon a recommendation. My husband was impressed. Very thorough doctor. He sent my husband to a specialist beyond him. He was very sick. He is doing well now thanks to Dr Hatfield. He is just and all around great person and doctor. He will now by my doctor.

Dr. Hatfield is the best. He listens to any concerns I have and is very easy to talk to. He doesn’t make you feel rushed. I highly recommend him to anyone who may need a GI doctor.
