Dr. Chaitany Rasikbhai Patel, MD

I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for good doctor and good clinic. Staff was great. On site X-ray was a plus, saved me ER trip on a weekend. They are primary care with urgent care convenience but not urgent care copay. So don't be fooled by the name.

Office staff: Always friendly, professional, helpful, responsive. If they cannot get you an answer to a question or give you assistance right away they give you an estimated time of getting an answer.Facility/Atmosphere: Very clean, professional and inviting.Overview of Dr. Patel: He does not rush through visits with patients or give them a time limit. He listens, asks questions, lets you ask as many questions as you need and then he walks you through his diagnosis explaining everything in terms you can understand. He is very patient and approachable. A rare find.

Excellent office. The staff and Dr. Patel are very passionate about patient care. I found him to listen to what I had to say before making any conclusions. It was relatively easy to schedule an appt. and the labwork. You pay your co-pay upfront so that when you are done seeing the doc you just leave. Painless.
