Chandra Wiewel, MD

She is an amazing doctor who truly cares about her patients. She is very knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend her.

I went to Dr. Wiewel for several years and I felt less and less comfortable with her over the years so decided we were no longer a good fit. I called my insurance company and had them change my pcp to her associate. I received my new insurance card and called the new doctor for an appointment and was refused service. After many many questions it seems that I am not entitled to see the new doctor because Dr Wiewel does not approve. Even my insurance company did not approve of this practice. I guess this doctor has all the say even though I have an insurance card that says her associate is my PCP of record.

Dr. Wiewel made me feel very insignificant. She seemed almost like I was a bother to her and she was annoyed by my visit. She is very uncaring and inconsiderate. I will not return to her again.

This doctor is the most unhelpful doctor in the area. She disrespected my wife and made her cry. She made fun of her to her face and push aside her problems. She made my wife so uncomfortable that she is still shaken from the experience. DO NOT GO TO HER SHE IS NOT A NICE PERSON

Dr Weiwel does not establish a friendly Dr, patient atmosphere, she is good at referring a Doctor from her so called list but doctoring is not her specialty. I would not suggest this doctor to anyone, if you are in a hurry as she is and all you need is a aspirin then it might work for you!

Dr Wiewel has been my primary care doctor since 2009, after her being assigned to me while I was in the hospital for a serious illness. She impressed me so much, that I chose to continue having her as my pcp once I was released. I love her office/staff and the quick attention to any question or need that I might have. If I have a question, I can send her a message via their website and they always respond the same day. Her office is one that recognizes when you need to be seen right away, and they have always made that happen for me. I recommend her to everyone.

After my over 1 hour wait, Dr. Wiewel seemed in a huge hurry to get out of the room and I had to keep asking basic questions to get to the root of an issue. Bedside manner is poor. Never said anything about the long wait even though I was visibly frustrated as well.
