First visit with *Dr. Loke, I feel very comfortable and confident with *Dr. Loke.

Everything was fine.

I met Dr Loke prior to my breast cancer surgery and a week after the surgery. Both times she was very caring and compassionate. At the initial meeting she was thorough in explaining the various possibilities I could be facing and answered all my questions. Post-surgery she went over details of my specific treatment plan, again answering all my questions and never making me feel rushed. She will monitor any possible side effects and make adjustments if needed. I have 100% confidence in Dr Loke and am so glad to have her taking care of me.

Not sure if it's the work load or other issues but; very forgetful of patient's basic medical history and always very late for scheduled appointments. Medically very knowledgeable and capable to the point of being overly cautious, which is fine. But if you have cancer and are in pain, requiring something more than aspirin, Dr. Loke and her staff are adamant about not prescribing pain medications...which is shameful regardless of the current state of the state. Medical personnel need to start pushing back by providing care and comfort measures; even if it means temporary prescription medications without arguing and threatening their patients. For this I say shame on you...and only give you this rating. Start treating your patients by first...remembering who they are when they come in (not asking the same questions for two years) and remembering to treat the symptoms without fear...
