Chantelle Lessard-Chaudoin

Chantelle is a board certified Physician Assistant. She obtained a B.S in Health and Physical Education at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Shortly after, she received a MPH in Community Health Education from California State University of Long Beach, where she focused her graduate research on childhood obesity and global health. Chantelle spent a year working abroad in Cambodia teaching public health to undergraduate students focusing on infectious disease, nutrition, and environmental health. She returned to Pennsylvania to obtain a MMS in Physician Assistant Studies at Arcadia University. During her time at Arcadia, she received global studies scholarships to travel to Nicaragua and South Africa to pursue additional training in infectious disease and global health. She is currently completing her DMSc at A.T Still University and will graduate in 2021. Chantelle has been practicing family medicine in Arizona since 2017. In addition to her role providing clinical care, …Chantelle teaches public health courses for National University and Park University, as well as CPR courses to local healthcare workers. She enjoys learning about all areas of health and shares her passion while working with her patients and their families. In her free time, Chantelle enjoys spending time with her husband Keith and two yorkies Lilly and Rose.
