Dr. Chao Ho, MD

I strongly advise against seeking medical care from Dr. Ho. My mother experienced a tragic death after receiving a Covid booster vaccine shot from Doctor Ho which was administered 3 weeks later after she had Covid twice with a relapse. The medical guidelines recommend waiting 3-6 months before administering any Covid vaccine shot, and this was not followed by this doctor. Unfortunately, she passed away due to complications arising from the shot and died in May of this year. My family's distress was exacerbated by Dr. Ho's lack of communication and bedside manner. Despite being our family doctor for over two decades, he never reached out to check on my mother's condition during her hospital stay. His lack of compassion and empathy during such a difficult time was profoundly disappointing. Additionally, our experiences at his office were far from satisfactory. We observed a lack of fairness and respect in the way he treated patients of different races. This discrimination was evident… in how we, as a non-matching race, had to wait significantly longer in the waiting room compared to others. This happened repeatedly. I implore you to consider your options carefully when choosing a healthcare provider for yourself or your loved ones. Dr. Ho's disregard for proper medical protocols and his behavior towards patients of different races should raise serious concerns about the quality of care and respect one can expect from him!
