I went to other doctors who either treated me like I was an idiot (maybe I am but that's just rude) or acted like they couldn't care less about me as a person. Dr. Charalee is AMAZING and made me feel heard and cared about. Thank you!

She is a good and caring doctor. Out of all the doctors I have seen in the past. She is the best doctor I had so far. I highly recommend her to anyone.

When I found Dr Basaldua, I had been needing a Doctor who would listen to me - talk with me - interact openly with me - not just type notes constantly(!) on the computer, & utter, "uh-uhs"- or "look up" briefly at me, without giving me any understanding of what he/she was typing about me - or what he/she was thinking, in regard to all I was needing to have their expertise to help me with ~ never really interact with me. Dr Basaldua always talks with me, as we work on issues together - come up with solutions that best fit "me" - my lifestyle, age, & health needs. Dr Basaldua does not treat me - a Senior Patient on Medicare - as if am "on the edge of life." Dr Basaldua respects the patient as a truly unique individual - not simply as an older woman, having "time in life" health issues. I appreciate her joyful nature, and her willingness to hear "extra' things I may have to say, outside of our health focus that day. She is genuine, an amazing professional, a lovely person - an… excellent doctor. Dr. Basaldua is definitely my ~ "Best Choice" Doctor. NS

Former family doctor retired. Dr. B recently became our new doctor and I had an excellent first visit with her. She was extremely thorough and unhurried, creating an active partnership with me. Primarily a heart patient, my other medical issues are numerous and Dr. B comprehensively addressed each one. She focused on listening, understanding and solution seeking during our mutual discussion. I left feeling clearly heard as well as very comfortable with her demeanor, medical knowledge and approach to treatment. Looking forward to my follow-up appointment.
