This has to be a joke of an office because there is no way any Dr. who is of sane and solemn mind condones the behavior of her Front Desk greeter. She's not a receptionist with great professionalism, she's an angry women who needs to do a self check. Dr. Singh I hope you know that this will reflect on your judgement as a medical professional

Dr. Singh was my father's neurologist and I was very impressed with her, professional, classy, beautiful woman who knows her stuff. My son started seeing her when epilepsy reared its ugly head again. My son (29) hates going to doctors and he truly likes Dr. Singh, she is personable and has a wonderful bedside manner. I would recommend any family and friends to her knowing they are in the best hands possible.

I arrived early, very little wait. I understand that doctors have to attend to hospitalized patients. Staff seems nice, summarizing my medical history was quick and effecient. Doctor seems very kind and took time to explain my problem.

The receptionist and Dr. Singh were very rude. When my mom checked in, the receptionist did not even acknowledge her and went on typing and looking at the computer. So I asked her if we could sit down since my frail, half blind mother was uneasy, the receptionist said, "Is there a problem?". So I went to answer her and explained that we didn't know what to do so we just asked to sit down. She stormed out of her cubicle and gave my mom a tablet so my mom can type her information. My 79 year old mom who doesn't own a computer looked confused and helpless asked her a question and the receptionist told me, "why don't you help her?" Dr. Singh came out to lecture me that I probably got up in the wrong side of the bed and did not even apologize for the receptionist's actions. When I told my mom to find a different doctor, Dr. Singh said that's not a problem and it is our choice. No empathy, not professional. Don't go to this doctor!!!
