Dr. Charissa Joy Richard, DO

I've been seeing Dr. Richard for about 4 years. She is very pleasant and kind. I've never felt like she is rushing to get me out the door and is very good about following up. I can usually depend on getting medication needs met on the same day. She remembers my family and never needs to be reminded about previous visits. Her nursing staff is great. I would recommend her to anyone.

When I seen by Dr. Richard she was awesome. I do not agree with the above comment. She spent more time and had more compassion than any other dr. I had seen in the past. She was awesome. The staff was friendly. Very pleasant experience.

I saw this doctor two times, which recently was awful. She was supposed to be communicating with my former physician about my chronic illness and need for disability. She was NOT prepared for my case, was not objective, and gave too much of her personal opinion as opposed to her professional opinion. I was not pleased! She did not have a strong relationship with me and failed to know more about my issues, the wait time was 40 minutes, I left crying. I need a doctor who will really hear me.
