Dr. Charity Ursua Alikpala, DO

Dr Alikpala needs improvement with attentive communication and follow up. In my experience, had a bunch of bloodwork done and zero follow up or explanation. Also, was in a hurry and not willing to listen to my concerns. Tried to leave the room twice as I was speaking to her. I asked for a dermatologist referral, and did not receive one, instead was told to make another appointment with her after bloodwork, and only then I would receive the referral. I left with zero confidence with what's going on with me sadly. Also she told me I'll have to wait two weeks for my prescription to be issued by her (what?!). Her bedside manner is pleasant though. In this location, I recommend Dr Richardson instead / she is informative, willing to listen and answer your questions/ concerns. As well as provide solid advice

Excellent Dr. a pleasure to talk to, and a very good listener.

This Dr. needs to learn a new greeting. Last visit she entered the exam room with a lie. She said " You have diarreah." She also complained about meds I am taking . Her suggestion gave me severe pain. Dr's need to learn that everything with weight loss is not cancer.
