Dr. Charity Lynn Jackson, MD

We loved Dr. Jackson while she was in Austin, at ARC. The moment she stepped into my hospital room to do a newborn check, I knew she would be my child’s doctor. For 6 years she took care of my daughter and son. She is patient, understanding, caring and a wonderful doctor. We miss her everyday.

Dr Jackson is nothing but amazing! She always is there to help and answer any of your questions! She helped us so much with our child and never made me feel dumb for all the questions being asked. She is so sweet and truly cares about her patients! I highly recommend her!!!

Doctor Jackson goes above and beyond for her patients! I am a first time mom and on top of helping me through the general navigation of raising and caring for a baby, she helped with all my daughter's illnesses (childcare baby). What really set her apart for us was when our daughter had a few concerning conditions, she referred us to specialist but still took the time to call us and explain what the specialist found. I am so grateful to have had her tender care for my daughter through her first year of life.

We don't have enough room to write all of the amazing things we have to say about Dr. Jackson. We're so heartbroken to be losing her, but so thrilled for all the fortunate patients she'll meet in her next journey of life! Seriously, fellow mommas, this doctor is a keeper. I've never felt so comfortable with another pedi doctor (and we tried lots!). She's so patient and compassionate. She really takes the time to listen and understand parental concerns and never made us feel crazy or rushed. She was so great with our two boys (both under 2 yrs old), and was especially wonderful with our former preemie. We'd highly recommend her!

Our daughter has been seeing Dr. Jackson since birth (she just turned one). We have always had great, informative visits. Dr. Jackson was appropriately concerned when my daughter was not gaining adequate weight those first few weeks and she calmed my fears and gave us a plan of action. One of the great things about ARC is when you call, you actually speak to a nurse rather than leaving a message for someone to call you back. That has helped us tremendously over the past year. We even had a nurse call us back after she had done some research on what we had called about. We feel very confident entrusting our daughter's care to Dr. Jackson and the team at ARC. And the new building is great! They have different waiting areas for sick visits and well visits. The rooms are clean and inviting, and the staff has always been helpful and friendly. I can't recommend ARC enough!

We have been pleased with many of the doctors at ARC Discovery. When my daughter reached the age (6) to ask for a female doctor, we were referred to Dr. Jackson. She was very kind and gentle. She talks with my daughter and listens to HER and makes her feel important. Many times doctors talk to the parents and not their patients. Dr. Charity asks her questions and makes her feel special. Dr. Jackson ALWAYS gives suggestions and will offer alternatives before prescribing medications. However, she will prescribe medications that are needed, too. Dr. Jackson sees both my daughters; 9 & 5. My 5 year old is always excited to go to the doctor. The new building is very clean and rooms are decorated fun for the children.

We love Dr. Jackson! I take all 3 of my kids to see her and she is kind, gentle, knowledgeable, and thorough. She always listens to my concerns and asks questions. Her nurse, Morgan, is also very friendly.

Absolutely wonderful Doctor! We don't know what we would do without her.

We Love Dr. Jackson! She is very thorough and has seen our son for his newborn, 2month and 4 month check ups! She asks lots of questions to make sure he's meeting certain milestones. She spends the time we need with her and doesn't mind to answer any questions we may have! I love that they take appointments after hours ..my child was sick at around 9pm and I called to get an appointment for the next day!!

We LOVE Dr. Charity Jackson! She is the best! This is our first baby and she has been there for us every step of the way. Very patient when I have my first time Mom questions, and makes us feel so important and comfortable. I know my daughter is getting the best care possible. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Jackson!
