Dr. Spencer is known as the best in Tyler. At times she has a waiting list for new patients. She is extremely intelligent and I have always found her bedside manner to be very kind and focused on me. She is no nonsense and my husband says she gives him great information on how my procedures go. I feel totally safe and respected in her hands. Her nurse, Eva is also a professional and very kind. I've never seen her be rude to anyone anywhere.

We got stuck with her for delivery when our Dr was out of town & my daughter needed and emergency C Section. 24 hours after surgery my daughter went into a seizure (common-I understand now, but new to us at the time) When her 2nd seizure came I ran to get staff, & the Dr (THE DOCTOR) mocked me twice & flipped her hair. I had to fight for proper follow up when my daughter's memory was impaired & her jaw was locked open 7 days. I also had to find an oral surgeon to come release her jaw. She was ten days in ICU and missed out on getting to breastfeed. My grandson was 7 weeks ICU.

Best OBGyn in Tyler, Texas! This lady knows her business. She delivered my kiddo, and did several major operations on me. Busy practice but when she is in the room with you she 100% there for you.

She's an amazing Doctor who has a great bedside manner. She know's her stuff and makes sure you are well informed. She is open minded and easy going. She was the OB for my two girls.
