Dr Ahn listens. He explains the test results simply and clearly. He provides practical options for treatment. He shows he cares about my eye health

The staff were very friendly and kind, which we appreciated. However, our experience with Dr. Ahn was extremely disappointing. I accompanied my mother to her appointments due to her age, mobility issues, and overall size. I was present in the exam room during the visits. We were told that she needed cataract surgery and that, because of her size, the procedure would need to be performed at a hospital. After that, we repeatedly tried to schedule the follow-up appointment and surgery, but we kept getting pushed off. Multiple attempts were made to move forward, yet the doctor continued to delay. Meanwhile, my mother’s vision continued to worsen. Eventually, we were told she could no longer have the surgery. By that point, her eyesight had deteriorated significantly, and she was almost completely blind. Based on our experience, I would strongly not recommend Dr. Ahn, espically if you're a person of size!
