Dr. Charles F Benage, MD

He charged us a New Patient visit for rescheduling a Dr. visit. We drove an hour to see him, he “met” with us for under a minute and told us we had to reschedule the meeting due to a prior procedure. He literally provided no service and charged us and the insurance $190. He’s a thief, plain and simple, do not go to this Doctor. When he did do some work, he did a poor job.

De Benage is the best sinus and allergy doctor that I have seen. He really cares about you and getting to the problem. It is quick to get into an appointment if you need one and he takes his time to explain what is really going on.

Dr. Benage was very pleasant, went through my CT scan picture by picture and showed me and explained exactly what was going on. Sinus surgery went very smoothly, no complications, and less pain and swelling then I anticipated. I have had extensive follow up, and he always takes the time to answer any questions I have, and explains everything he is going to do. I have now seen him 10 times and have only one time had to wait more then 10 minutes for an exam, and the nurse was good about explaining that he had an emergency come up and he would late. The best thing- after having ear pain for nearly 3 months, it is finally gone!

I would never suggest anyone go see him all he wants is your money I had allergies so I went to see Dr Benage and he was rude talked to me like he was god, and I had to come back once a week to see him and make sure my allergies were better. I had to come back once a week for 1 mth. His assistant was rude and talked down to me just like he did. I would never go back I don't trust him.

He was extremely rude to me and my family! He talked down to us throughout my sons procedure! He was also extremely rude to the hospital staff. He yelled at me for taking a picture of my sons so that he (my son) could see them. I would never work with him again, and I would not recommend him to anyone!

Terrible bed side manners. Was very rude and talked down to me. His assistant was not nice either.

I began seeing Dr. Benage in 2007 because of severe sinus problems I was having. After a CAT scan, he found blockage and operated on me right away. I have 3 surgeries from him after the first one. I was told by another specialist later on that I did not need all of those surgeries. I have had terrible chronic pain ever since. I wish I had more experience or known more what I was getting myself into when it all started. After being a patient of Dr. Benage for about 5 years, I finally had ENOUGH! He has the most HORRIBLE bedside manner. He does NOT really care about the patients. Everytime I would ask him about the chronic pain I've had from the surgeries, he would talk down to me and was very condescending. He would become impatient with me and act like I was bothering him. My sinus condition was truamatic enough. Having a cold and hearless doctor like Benage did not help my situation. For your own good, PLEASE don't become his patient. Look elsewhere.

I have a two year old son who had an appointment at 8 this morning. We got there about 5 minutes early, filled out the paper work and waited. They called us back at about 8:35 and took his temperature and left the room and we waited again. At 9:00 we walked out without ever seeing a doctor. This is pathetic. We waited an hour past his appointment time and never seen a doctor, who is going to keep a two year old waiting an hour and expect the kid to be able to take a hearing test? One of the front desk ladies was really rude too. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I i will take my son and our money elsewhere.

Poor bedside manner

Terrible bedside maners would never go back. My daughter had a nose bleed and he was very rough with her it was a terrifying experience.
