I personally have had horrible expeiences at Dr. Boles office. Please keep in consideration that I am not complaining about Dr.Boles per say, more so his office staff, nurses, ultrasound tech, and the nurse Practioner that work in his office. Dr.Boles himself is a great doctor, other than the lack of freely given information about pregnancy, fetal development, MY pregnancy, etc, and no samples given out, like I've seen in numerous other offices, as well as no promo offers. But the latter isn't as important as having a great doctor. The ultrasound tech is very cold, not friendly in the least, and offers little to NO information about baby while doing ultrasounds, maybe it's just me, but I've heard from other patients she's like that with them too. I don't think that the ultrasound is that new, I've seen way better ultrasounds from friends OBs, and she doesn't even attempt to get good photos for the patient to take home. I was extemely disappointed. I have felt judged, shamed, and… numerous other negative emotions because of the way the NP has spoken to me and some of her behavior while I've seen her, and see blantly broke the HIPPA act the last time I was there and I was humiliated and fighting tears as I approached the elevators leaving the office bc of this. One of the nurses has also made me feel this way. Both times I have left I either been humiliated, in tears, or infuriated by several of the staff's behaviors and attitude toward me. The wait times are also incredibly ridiculous. If you have to go here, I would make sure to request to only see Dr. Boles, the Nurse Whitney, and make sure you write down any and all questions and concerns you have prior to coming in, bc I really havent gotten any information from any of them. I dread my appointments. I also have been made to feel like my concerns were not important or worth addressing by the NP and several things have transpired that seriously make me question whether I'm receiving even adaquate health care and where exactly their priorities are.

I see Dr. Boles as my OB. He is one of the greatest doctors that I have ever been to. Always very caring, and comforting if I feel concerned. Most of the office staff is great. There is one staff in particular, at the front desk that has been rude every time I have ever come into contact with her. Other than that everything that i have experienced there has been great!

I started seeing Dr. Boles for my fourth pregnancy. The wait time is absolutely ridiculous! Of course, I can deal with a long wait time when it comes to seeing a good doctor. However, the office staff and some of the nurses/ultrasound tech are down right terrible. They are not at all friendly and welcoming. They act as if they have no interest in you whatsoever; they are more concerned about their gossip. The ultra sound tech was the worst experience for me though. When I went in to get a ultrasound due to lack of heartbeat on the doppler at three months, she was very cold and to the point about telling me the baby's heartbeat was gone. She was completely emotionless and uncaring, which made an already painful experience even harder. Thankfully, when I went back the next day, Dr. Boles was a lot more caring. He personally did another ultrasound on my request just for my own peace of mind. I had to have a D & C done, and though it was hard, Dr. Boles was very gentle and reassuring.… However, when I left I could hear the office staff and nurse as I was walking by talking about me losing the baby, as if I couldn't hear them. I love Dr. Boles. I wish he would get a staff that is on the same level of compassion as he is though.

Dr.Boles is a wonderful doctor with a loving, caring heart for his patients. I heard so many horror stories on childbirth but for me and my husband it was the most awesome amazing experience. Thanks to my God and to Dr.Boles for the way he took care of me and my precious baby in me.
