My Mother went to RGH for pneumonia. we requested her 2 Y/O feeding tube replaced as it was getting disgusting. he came in the room yanked it out and inserted a new one. we were discharged twice too early and had to be re-admitted. she left there with MRSA and cellulitis.

Dr. Charles is one of the best docs that I have had the please of meeting. He is intelligent, caring, and empahetic.

I have had 2 colonoscopys by Dr Charles and he had diagnosed and treated two disorders with success both times. Very professional in manner and the staff has been excellent. They were entering everything in a computer database long before any other health professions in this area were doing that.

I have been a patients of Dr. Charles forapprox 15 years. I am also a nurse at one of the hospitals he is affiliated with. I see him interact with patients, and their families. He is very compassionate. I have recommended himto my family members.

He lacks compassion and concern. He overbooks his office on a regular basis, resulting in wait times of two hours or more in his office. He disregards patient symptoms and complaints in lieu of what he THINKS the patient should be experiencing. I have found recently that he has missed several problems in my health due to his nonchalant and presumptive methods of practicing medicine.
