Dr. Bowie and staff are always kind and helpful. Apparently he and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. The outcome of my surgery was perfect. The wait time in Eunice is long but understandable due to the patients that trust Dr Bowie and his staff for help. The follow up even over the phone after surgery was perfect because I was a little nervous about post operative pain. They comforted me and assured me that everything was as expected. Great people!!

Dr. Bowie is a great surgeon that I had 2 surgeries with him. I had my first surgery with Dr.Bowie on the low back, L5/S1 fusion. Everything went well for the surgery and he and the staff were very nice, respectful , helpful, supportive toward my medical care. He explained how my surgery would be and how long to expect recovery. The Neuro Medical hospital and staff was terrific to my care before and after my surgery. I waited a year after the back surgery and I had a neck surgery. I had to get a fusion on C4-C7, I’m doing fine now. Once again I thank Dr Bowie, staff and the hospital staff for their help in my recovery. I would recommend Dr Charles Bowie for your doctor in any of your needs of surgery. I’m very happy and pleased with my outcome of my treatment.

Loved his professionalism, he was informative, he really cares about his patients. He fixed my back problem with no problems, proactively offering support throughout my recovery and I recommend him for anyone needing a NeuroSurgeon! Simply the best!

We were referred by another doctor to see Dr. Bowie. We had high expectations of this doctor because he came highly recommended however this experience was far from that. My spouse received a call the day before to be there 30 minutes prior to appointment time which was 10:00. Front office staff was friendly with check in. 10:22 and we are still waiting to go back, so I asked the office if there was an issue or delay. They go to the back and check to see why we haven't been called back. They return and say we are next. As I sit down the patient behind us starts complaining about wait time as well. The door opens and they call another patient back instead of us. We don't get called back till 1032 so I ask how long will the visit be. The lady who called us back replies with "I called you yesterday and told you". I reminded her that our appointment was for 10:00 and we had been there an hour. The PA comes in asks questions and let's us know that Dr. Bowie will be in shortly. He comes in… looking disheveled, shakes our hand and also asks to show where the problem is however when my spouse responds the doctor seems less than interested. We felt as if he didn't want to be there or really even care. Needless to say we won't be returning.

Doctor Bowie has been a wish come true. His professionalism put me totally at ease, considering this was my first surgery at the age of 68. Highly recommend him to anyone requiring back surgery!
