Dr. Charles Frederick Brown, MD

I tried to scheduled an appointment with the doctor for my yearly mammogram and yearly checkup. The receptionist said that I had missed several appointments and that was not true. When I told her that was not possible she insisted that I had missed. I asked her several time to schedule me another appointment and she claimed that the doctor was booked up until the end of September because I didn't agree with her about the missed appointments. She stated that I was not going to talk to her any kind of way and told her the same. She didn't make the appointment and hung up the phone. I called back to speak the office manager, and she stated that she wasn't there and want be back until Monday. I asked for the manager's name and her name she states that Kim was the manager name no last name was given. She stated that she was not obligated to give her name. With this type of person in your business at the front desk will cause you a lost. She needs to have a class on managing patients when… they don't agree with her. This happened on July 11, 2025 at 12:15pm.

Racist doctor office EVER..no level of respect or concern at all..who in there right mind would ever want such treatment!
