After Dr. Palmer confirmed my pregnancy, she asked when I was going to make the “appointment”. Eighteen years later, the best thing that has ever happened to my family and me is my daughter, Julia... because I didn’t make the “appointment”.

Would never recommend. Extremely rude, condescending and unprofessional. Unwelcoming bedside manner. Difficult to talk to. Doctor shook her head, put her palm to her forehead, laughed and scoffed when discussing health history. Arrived early and still waited 40 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. Office staff discussing other patients' personal information at a loud volume, playing Facebook games and taking personal phone calls. Overall disappointing, unprofessional and unhelpful experience. I've had better experiences at the local health department.

Not good bedside manners. Terrible experience won't go back to her and do not recommend.

I came to her as a new patient, very worried about my symptoms and she was warm, friendly, and reassuring. Her office got me an appointment in a week. They arranged on the spot to make room for me to get a mammogram that day (without an appointment) saving me another drive to the office. And the prices were very reasonable.
