There are no words that can express how grateful we are to the Caperton Fertility Institute! The whole team has helped us on our journey to become parents. Every step of the way through our IVF journey we were given the best and most advanced care. We just “graduated” and it’s bittersweet to leave. I would recommend them to anyone struggling with infertility. They gave us hope in the midst of our struggle and we are one step closer to holding our little miracle!

Dr. Caperton and his staff in El Paso, Lisa and Katie, were great and very helpful throughout the whole process! Lisa and Katie are very courteous, understanding and professional. Couldn't have ask for better service and care! Thank you for helping our family continue to grow.

Dr. Caperton is easily the most knowledgeable, professional, and respectful gynecologist I have ever visited. Pelvic exams were always a point of anxiety for me but he and his staff are extremely skilled and gentle while being respectful of your privates - every doctor needs to conduct themselves like Dr. Caperton and his staff conduct themselves. The costs of services here are reasonable and the office itself is spotless; everyone here is patient and kind. The exam and procedure rooms are classily decorated. I even had a surgery here and the whole experience met that standard of excellence I see throughout the office. Even if I don't get pregnant I will still recommend Dr. Caperton to anyone struggling with fertility. This is literally the best gynecological facility anywhere, even better than some doctors in big cities like Boston. 5 stars across the board!

We've only had one visit so far, but were blown away by the knowledge, evidenced-based and personable care. Looking forward to continuing to work with Dr Caperton and the team!

He is rude and doesn't explain things at all. Horrible bedside manner and I will NOT be returning.

Dr. Caperton helped give us the family we dreamed about, and tried to achieve on our own for many years. He is knowledgeable and innovative, and his staff is friendly and supportive. He recently opened a second office in El Paso, which was very convenient for us as we had been traveling hours to for each appointment at his Albuquerque office. I have recommended Dr. Caperton to friends who are struggling with infertility because of our success with him. Infertility is much more common than you realize, and there’s no reason to feel shame.

We really enjoyed working with Dr Caperton and his team! Going through IVF can be very stressful and hard but Dr caperton and his team made it extremely easy and they all were very helpful and courteous. Anytime I had questions I could call or email and get my answers. Highly recommend Dr Caperton.

We came to Dr Caperton after having two losses and then not being able to become pregnant. All other doctors had said to just keep trying. We went for a consultation and were greeted by the friendly front desk staff. Within minutes Dr Caperton came in to the waiting room to greet us. He was friendly and immediately made us feel at ease. Dr Caperton was very knowledgeable and listened to our story with no judgment. He was real and honest, he gave us our options without trying to "sell" us on any particular treatment. He laid forth a plan for us based on my medical history and the exam. We walked out of the office feeling very positive. Turns out the next week I found out I was pregnant. I immediately contacted Dr Capertons office at 930 at night and Rachel got back to me within minutes. We came up with a new plan and they gave me weekly ultrasounds and checked on the baby. They cared for me even though all I had was a consultation. Each visit was like coming to see friends. Everyone in… the office treated my family as if we had known each other forever. My three old came to all appointments and was excited to see Rachel and the other staff. They played with her and interacted with her at each appointment. They were genuinely happy for us. Every call, concern, question (no matter time of day) was answered honestly, quickly and with medical knowledge. We "graduated" to a regular OB and it was so bittersweet because I knew my baby was healthy but I no longer would receive the best care from them. If you have been struggling, have doubts, questions, concerns then go see Dr Caperton and Rachel!

Words can not express the depth of our gratitude to you and your team for giving us the gift of life. After 3 years of trying to conceive and two unsuccessful IVF at a different facility, I finally got pregnant with twins!! My husband and I had an excellent experience with Dr. Caperton and his team. Through the entire process, we felt warmth and support of everyone in the office. Dr. Caperton is extremely knowledgeable, caring and professional and we can not thank him enough for making our dream come true.
