I ended up with Dr. Colodny. He criticized my previous dr's methods and opinions. He ordered every test under the sun (that I didn't do) except for the blood work.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. I left in tears. He doesn't care to listen to you, but even more so, he doesn't care. He speaks very condescendingly to you if you've already tried a treatment that he was to try. He refuses referrals, stating that "there is nothing a specialist can do that I can't" and prefers testing out many unnecessary drugs. Pumping you with meds without really asking what's wrong or even examining your body is his go-to solution.

About 10 years ago, I had some swollen tissues and he told me it was "likely lymphoma" and ordered a biopsy. After a week of intense worrying, I went through with the procedure and then returned to his office (as per his request) to get the results. He came into the exam room and acted like I was a huge waste of his time and said, "Why are you here?" He didn't even remember me even though I had been to see him quite a lot in the weeks leading up to that. Fine, he's busy, I get it; but if he had bothered to look at my chart, he could have easily found out why I was there and pretend to remember me rather than make me feel unimportant and like my health concerns are trivial. Another time, I was about to move abroad and went for a physical since I was unsure what the healthcare would be like in my new country. Again, he acted like it was a waste of time, and kept making snarky jokes and referencing a totally different country, even though I corrected him 3 times. He then said,… "Whatever. They are pretty much the same." Yeah, except for the fact that they aren't, and they have totally different cultures. In addition to his terrible bedside manor, every time I've had to call his office for information or scheduling, the front desk staff acted like I was an idiot and were all very short with me. I have since seen 2 other doctors in the US who were absolutely fantastic. I had no idea how good it could be! I don't know if he is still practicing, but if he is, just do yourself a favor and avoid him all together.

After reading people's reviews of this doctor, I am surprised he still has a job.1. Years ago I brought my daughter to him with ingrown toenails. He suggested to push cotton under the toe corners, but later on they kept getting infected, and a podiatrist surgically fixed them and told us that cotton was amateur and dangerous because of increased infection.2. When I tried to ask a question, he never answered or even turned his head to me.3. Many years ago I saw him myself, and he was rather rude.He is rude and unpleasant, quite the opposite of what the doctor should be.I read negative reviews about him on several sites, and he is still practicing and laughing all the way to the bank.
