Travis Criddle, DO

Dr. Travis Criddle is a board-certified pediatrician at Puzzle Pediatrics in Price, Utah. Dr. Criddle grew up in the country, fishing and playing in streams in southeast Missouri. He went to Brigham Young University where he met his wife, Bonnie. Then they went to Pikeville Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine for medical school and did his residency at the Children's Hospital of Peoria, Illinois. During medical school he was trying to decide what type of medicine to go into, then he noticed that his favorite part of the day was when kids came in for appointments. He decided to go into pediatrics, so he could "play with kids all day!" During his training, he had 4 of his own children, Jacob, Madeline, Evan and Tyke. After residency, they left the midwest and moved to Idaho where he practiced for 10 years. He and his wife have many family members in Utah, so any vacation time was spent driving down to visit them. In 2020 they saw an opportunity to move to Price, Utah to be closer …to their family members. So far, the Criddle's love Price, and have no desire to move again.
