Dr. Charles Howard Davis, DO

I was extremely nearsighted my entire life. I wore contact lenses since 15 years of age. When I was considering Lasik Surgery at the age of 50 there was a Doctor’s name that kept coming up, Dr. Charles H. Davis. I made the appt. I now am 71 and still have excellent vision. I chose Mono Vision and still do not need reading glasses. I have recommended Dr. Davis to my Mother, Sister, and Significant Other. All Cataract Surgery. Absolutely blow away by my experience with Davis Eye Center and Dr. Davis. I got LASIK surgery done this past Friday and am seeing 20/15 just 3 days later. Not only was the staff incredible friendly and helpful, but they were extremely efficient. They all knew what they needed to do and got me in and out without a bunch of waiting around. Dr. Davis is a world class surgeon. During the 5-6 minute LASIK procedure he talked me through everything and was very calming. The procedure had absolutely no pain or discomfort. I walked out of the operating room and could immediately read the nurse's name tags from across the room. After a 2-3 hour nap that afternoon I woke up and could see very clearly with a bit of cloudiness which I was told was normal. Each of the last two mornings I have woke up with even clearer vision. The only side effect I am noticing is dry eyes which is a normal side effect of LASIK. Overall I cannot say enough about Dr. Davis and the entire staff at Davis Eye… Center. My experience there was nothing short of incredible!

Dr. Charles Davis is one of the worst Dr.'s we have ever had our Mother to. Horrible bedside manner, lake of knowledge and took no time to listen to her. He should be put out of business...you can tell he pushes people through like they are nothing but cattle.

Dr. Davis is awesome. Starting In my 30's and beyond, I have had 2 retinal hemorrhages & 2 cataract surgeries and a secondary cataract done with the best possible outcome. The bottom line is he is excellent & I trust him.

I had a free consultation with Dr. Davis and his staff for LASIK. They took their time and thoroughly evaluated my eye care needs. The day of surgery went better than I could ever imagine. Best money spent!

I saw Dr. Davis for a routine eye exam. I was having some trouble with my vision but it wasn't too bad. After a looking at my eyes for 30 seconds he exclaimed I had a cataract and I should get it out. I was quite surprised as my vision really wasn't that bad. When I suggested I wasn't interested in surgery he quickly became disinterested and moved on to the next room. Needless to say, I was disappointed and went down the road to another ophthalmologist another day. They were able to prescribe glasses that made me see very well. They mentioned my cataract but said it shouldn't be removed since the change in my glasses made me see 20/20! I'm glad I escaped from Dr. Davis' office with my eyes intact. Someday I may need cataract surgery. It most certainly will not be from Dr. Davis.
