Dr. Charles R Dinerstein, MD

First of all, I've been in a wheelchair for about 18 years. I've met him twice in the hospital and both times are times I'd like to forget. He has terrible bedside manner and incredibly rude. He told me that I would never get out of a wheelchair... thanks a lot! He told me my arteries were clogged in my leg and I was going to have the procedure done but something told me not to so I cancelled it. I decided to go to another dog who checked my arteries in my leg and he said, "Everything is fine... nothing is clogged. You have great blood flow. I don't know what that doctor was talking about." So bad beside manner, rude, and not even an accurate diagnosis. After what he put me thru... I better not ever see him again.

Thank God, he's retiring. Doesn't seem to care too much for his patients. Big ego problem.

I went to him because I had circulation problems. He sent me for a test and it showed that I had clogged arteries in my leg. He said I wouldnt feel any pain as my leg would be numb. When I was in the operating room I screamed out in pain. He told me it was only the camera going in my leg. He paused a moment and asked has anyone heard any good jokes lately? No one answered him, they didnt think he was funny. The pain I had to endure was unbearable. I spoke to other people who had the same operation and they said they didnt feel anything. I wouldnt recommend him to my worst enemy.

My mom went in to have clogged arteries in her leg cleared with the balloon method. She was supposed to feel no pain, but she feklt everything. She even felt the tools going in and out of her including the camera. I would not recommend this Person with anyone in my family.

One of the finest doctors I've ever had. This man goes the extra mile. I've recommended him to many, I've trusted him with my life.

Dr. Dinerstein operated on my mother and gave her a 98% chance of success. The surgery lasted 10 hours. She died from this surgery. Do your research before you put your life in Dr. Dinerstein's hands.

Surgery is never without risks and my mom elected to have a femural bypass to allow her to walk without pain. Dr. Dinerstein had no way of knowing that her veins would shred to the touch until the operation was in progress and a routine procedure turned into a life-threatening one. Our family owes Dr. Dinerstein a debt of gratitude for bringing her successfully through the procedure and saving her life.

My mother walked in to the hospital for elective surgery to 'improve' her quality of life. Dr. Dinerstein performed the surgery. My mother never regained consciousness and was dead a week later.
