Dr. Ralph Wayne Denatale, MD

I've been going to Dr. DeNatale since about 1989, best Dr. around! I moved and tried another Dr. and no one compares, I'll travel a little further for Dr. DeNatale.

Dr Denatale took pictures of my arteries. He is known by health care professionals in the area (my daughter being one) as tops in his field. Very respectful and professional. I am very confident in his abilities as a surgeon.

Extremely dissatisfied with an hour wait time and the manner receptionist responded when questioned the delay. Exceptional Dr, office staff needs assistance in patient relations!!!!

He is the best!

This mans indifference to my condition is ludicrous, after all the ct scan, Ultra sound etc. He had his nurse postpone procedures twice and never called to reschedule.

His bedside manner was not great. He never saw me personally after surgery but had residents do that. But the quality was great. I followed the instructions after surgery to the letter and had absolutely no problems.

After waiting over an hour and a half for my appointment, the good doctor only spent 5 minutes (or less) with me and barely listened to my problem/concern. When he left the room I thought he was coming back and instead a member of his staff came in to tell me that the doctor was onto another patient and that I was all done. He was rude, arrogant and obnoxious. Several co-workers told me he was absolutely the best...I would rather have a good doctor that communicates and is courteous than Dr. Denatale. And the wait time was RIDICULOUS.

For our first appointment he had an emergency and we waited for almost 4 hours. The staff was kind and after 2 hours asked if we wanted to reschedule. We couldn't and continued to wait. At one point we went to a couple of stores and the staff called us when the doctor came back...however, there was a back log of appointments. When he finally saw us there was no apology for being late and was just matter of fact with a diagnosis. The appointment was less than 10 minutes. For our second appointment we only had to wait an hour and a half to be seen. The doctor was rude,condescending and arrogant. He didn't even feel or touch the leg that was in question! When asked about a particular problem with the leg he said that was normal. This appointment lasted less than 5 minutes. Folks say he is a good doctor, but the wait time along with his terrible "bed-side" manner have much to be desired. The staff is nice and had no problem really booking an appointment.
