I am so glad I did not believe the comments on this site. Dr. Franco performed surgery for me and was excellent. I am still recovering and had a small scare of a possible clot and he called me back within 5 minutes of my call to him. He is kind, professional and has all the abilities that anyone would want and need in a surgeon. His office staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. They help you to feel comfortable right away. I was nervous after reading some of the comments and they could not be further from the truth. If you are looking for a really good surgeon, with excellent bedside manner and someone you can count on, please call Dr. Charles Franco

Couldn't be happier with the results of my surgery. Dr. Franco explained the procedure and how it would proceed and the care after surgery that was needed. Everything I was told was accurate and I am very pleased with the results.

Dr. Franco and his team are superb health care professionals and human beings; if you must have a surgery this is the doctor to go to. He is unassuming, intelligent and kind; his nursing staff and vascular testing team is second to none. I almost can say having surgery was a pleasure! Too bad he didn't do primary care too, my wife and I would visit this office every few months. They are truly compassionate and bright folks who care about patients.

Dr. Franco is what a doctor should be; knowledgeable, compassionate and kind. He took as much time with me as needed with each visit and I truly appreciated it. His staff is just as thoughtful and kind and treated me like family! I highly recommend Dr. Franco who is a true professional and gentleman.

apparently not familiar with anatomy as he perforated my colon by placing trucar too far into abdomen. His excuse was a still unbelievable "oops. Murphy's Law". Find another DR. if you need surgery. office manager suffers from the "bully syndrome"

Be very aware of his diagnostic skills. GET A SECOND OPINION

Be VERY careful. I had to leave to get the correct diagnosis, could have lost my foot or leg. Find ANOTHER MD and facility.

Many thanks to Dr. Franco and his knowledgeable and compassionate nursing team . Thyroid cancer had me panicked, the surgery went smoothly, he removed the tumor and involved lymph nodes. Im cancer free, had no pain, and a barely visible scar!!!!

Dr. Franco operated on my father's aneurysm in his abdomen area and he was home and fine in two days. Recovered and releiced, we are so gratefula and the hospital stay was exactly as the nurse described during Dad's class time with nurse Susann. Thanks so much for all you did for my father and myself!
