very disappointing experience with this doctor. When patients seek medical care, they rely on their physician to listen carefully, consider all relevant information, and explain the reasoning behind a diagnosis. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. The lack of thoroughness left me questioning the quality of the care I received.

This doctor is scary, I feel I was physically violated and touched inappropriately. When I asked to see a different doctor I was told there was none available except for Dr. French at the time. He touched me where he had no reason to touch. It was creepy and weird. I'm reporting him to the medical board and to Heart of Ohio HR.

Dr French is great! Always professional and wants to work with you to get you your best treatment.

We love Dr. French!! He does it all. He is caring, kind and compassionate about his work.

He’s a good doctor, you can tell he really cares about his patients. He asked me multiple questions about my health that nobody had thought to ask before and we ended up getting a new plan together for my care, which ended up helping me big time.

This person was very dry and condisending. He was very unprofessional and made me feel like I was wasting his time.He looked very unclean with an oder as well. Someone walked out right before I was seen and warned the entire waiting area to leave because of Mr. French's rude behavior. I will be reporting him to his manager.

Loved having this doctor take care of me! He spent a lot of time talking with me in my room. He explained everything in “layman’s” terms so I would understand.

Super nice doctor. Spent much more time than most doctor would answering my questions and chatting with me about my health plan. I felt like he actually cared about me during my hospital stay.
